KOKA Foods Shipping Policy

1. General Information

  • Our packaging unit is located in Vikhroli West, Mumbai, Maharashtra, INDIA.
  • We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 24hrs on business days.
  • Delivery times and costs vary based on the destination.

2. Shipping if done using courier services Charges Based on Weight & Distance. Shipping charges are determined by the distance from our packaging unit. The following structure applies:

Zone A: Within 10 km

  • Approximate Shipping Cost per kg: INR 50
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 1-2 business days

Zone B: 10-50 km

  • Approximate Shipping Cost per kg: INR 100
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2-4 business days

Zone C: 50-100 km

  • Approximate Shipping Cost per kg: INR 150
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3-5 business days

Zone D: 100-200 km

  • Approximate Shipping Cost per kg: INR 150
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 4-5 business days

Zone E: Beyond 200 km (Within Maharashtra)

  • Approximate Shipping Cost per kg: INR 200
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5-7 business days

Zone F: Outside Maharashtra (Within India)

  • Approximate Shipping Cost per kg: INR 400
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7-10 business days

3. Free Shipping

  • Free shipping is available for orders over INR 3000,

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, holidays, etc.).

6. International Shipping is available. We have a tie up with DHL/ FedEx / UPS & decide to choose the courier service as per country of shipment & charges are in actuals.
